Login to your Defense.com account and click the Education icon on the navigation menu.

From the expanded menu select Training Campaigns.

Click on Create Campaign on the top right.

Select the modules you intend to assign to your users engaging with the Training Campaign by ticking the box next to each relevant module or alternatively by clicking Select All for all Modules in the course.

Select Next at the bottom right of the screen.

Add the users you wish to take the campaign either by adding each individually with the Add button or selecting Add all users to campaign. You can also filter users by department if departments have been setup and users assigned to them in your defense.com portal.

Once you're happy you've assigned all the users needed for your campaign, click Next.

Now you can do the final configuration for your campaign by setting the Campaign Name, the Campaign Schedule selecting a Campaign Launch Date, and the Campaign Deadline. Finally, select whether or not to Auto-enrol new users who are added to your account after the campaign has started.

Note: A Fixed Duration campaign will end on the deadline you set, without factoring in when users are added to the campaign.

An Individual Duration campaign will give each user enrolled a set time (up to 6 weeks) to complete the training and this is set to start from whenever a user is enrolled in the campaign.

Click Next.

Review the Campaign details including Campaign Modules, Campaign Summary and Users Selected. When you are happy with this. Click Create Campaign.

Upon completion, you will be shown a notification stating "Campaign successfully created."

And that's it! You have created your first Training Campaign.

When your campaign begins, the users assigned to the campaign will receive a notification to begin their training. Company admins will be able to track the progress of the campaign which is covered in this guide.
