Our auto-enrol feature allows you to automatically assign new users on your Defense.com account to any active training campaigns with auto-enrol enabled.
For fixed-duration campaigns, the user will be given the time remaining on the campaign to complete their training (e.g. 7/14 days).
For individual duration campaigns, they'll be given the full duration set for the campaign (e.g. two weeks).
Let's take you through how to update the auto-enrol settings on an active Training Campaign.
Login to your Defense.com account and click the Education icon on the navigation menu.
From the expanded menu select Training Campaigns.
Select a training campaign by clicking View.
Scroll down to Campaign Users and select the option for Enable Auto-enrolment.
If the Enable Auto-enrolment feature is already enabled and you wish to disable it, click on the option for Enable Auto-enrolment to disable it.
And that's all. You have now enabled or disabled auto-enrolment on your training campaign. π
