How to enable/disable auto-enrol on a Training Campaign

This guide will take you through how to set the auto-enrol status on an active Training Campaign.

Our auto-enrol feature allows you to automatically assign new users on your Defense.com account to any active training campaigns with auto-enrol enabled.

  • For fixed-duration campaigns, the user will be given the time remaining on the campaign to complete their training (e.g. 7/14 days).

  • For individual duration campaigns, they'll be given the full duration set for the campaign (e.g. two weeks).

Let's take you through how to update the auto-enrol settings on an active Training Campaign.

  1. Login to your Defense.com account and click the Education icon on the navigation menu.

  2. From the expanded menu select Training Campaigns.

  3. Select a training campaign by clicking View.

  4. Scroll down to Campaign Users and select the option for Enable Auto-enrolment.

  5. If the Enable Auto-enrolment feature is already enabled and you wish to disable it, click on the option for Enable Auto-enrolment to disable it.

    And that's all. You have now enabled or disabled auto-enrolment on your training campaign. πŸŽ‰
