Have an active phishing campaign and want to understand how your employees are getting on? We have you covered. This guide will walk you through how to access and review the progress of a phishing campaign.
Log in to your Defense.com account and click Education in the navigation on the left-hand side.
Select Phishing Simulator from the expanded menu.
Next, locate the phishing campaign you'd like to receive click View.
You'll then be presented with the campaign show page. At the top of the page, you'll see a summary of the number of users who've been Sent the campaign email, how many have opened it, clicked the link inside the email and finally how many have submitted credentials.
Further down the page, you'll see a full breakdown of the status of each user included in the campaign.
Finally, you can see a full breakdown of the timeline of events for each user by clicking the View icon under the Action column
And that's it! You now know how to access and review the progress of your active phishing campaigns. 🎉
