How to manage your notification settings

This step-by-step guide will walk you through how to manage the notification settings for your Defense.com account.

Notifications are everywhere. Email, in-app, Teams, Slack, Whatsapp, EVERYWHERE! That's why we've made it quick and easy for you to manage the notifications you receive from your Defense.com account, so that you only hear from us when it matters.

  1. Log in to your Defense.com account and click your profile, which is located at the bottom of the navigation on the left-hand side.

  2. Next, click Profile from within the pop-up that appears.

  3. From the profile page, click Notification Settings on the right-hand side.

  4. You'll then be presented with a list of the notifications relevant to your account, grouped by feature. Simply use the toggles or Disable/Enable all to turn the relevant notifications off or on for each available delivery method (Email or In-app).

Some notifications can't be disabled due to system-level or account-level settings set by your account admins.
