Keeping Defense.com's Endpoint Protection up to date with the latest virus definitions, scanning engines, features and functionality is key to keeping your endpoints secure. Checks for new updates happen automatically in the background but should you need to kick off an update manually, here's how to do it.
Look for the Defense.com Endpoint Protection icon in your system tray.
Right-click on the Endpoint Protection icon and click Show.
This will launch the Defense.com Endpoint Protection software.
From the main screen click the Actions button.
This will display the Scan Tasks menu.
Click Check for Updates.
In the Event log, you'll see the update has been completed.
Close the Defense.com Endpoint window to close the software.
That's it! 🎉You've successfully updated your Defense.com Endpoint Protection Software.
