Suspect that you've been breached or that your business' security has been compromised and you aren't sure what to do next? The Panic Button gives you immediate access to Defense.com's Security Operations team who'll perform an initial triage and support you through next steps.

  1. Log in to your Defense.com account, and select Incident Response from the navigation on the left-hand side.

  2. A popup will appear which will allow you to add a Title and Description for the incident you wish to report. Please complete this with as much detail as possible, including any contact details needed to reach you (e.g. telephone numbers, email addresses etc.).

  3. Once you're happy this is complete, hit the Send emergency request button.

  4. This will raise a priority 1 alert with our Security Operations team who will review the information provided and reach out to support you with next steps.

⚠️ Important - The Panic Button should only be used in an emergency where you suspect your business has experienced a breach or compromise.

And that's it! You now know how to get support in the event of a cyber security emergency πŸŽ‰.
