Defense.com's unified threat interface makes managing your customers' security easier than ever. This interface saves you time by allowing you to view, update, and manage all of your customers' threats in one place.
To get started, from the my.defense.com dashboard select Threats from the navigation and then Threat List.
You'll then be presented with the Threat List. This will contain threats from all the customers you manage, ordered by Risk. You can identify which threats belong to which company using the Company column.
To manage a threat on behalf of one of your customers, you first need to filter by the customer in question using the Manage Companies filter.
Once filtered, the Threat List will update to show only the threats of the customer you've filtered by. In this case, Defenders IT.
You can then manage the threat as normal by updating the state or assigning all remediations from the threat index page.
Alternatively, If you select a threat to manage by clicking the threat title or View threat action button - you can manage each remediation independently and update the Notes from the threat management side drawer.
βΉοΈ When the Threat List is filtered by a specific customer, remediations can be assigned to users on either your company or your customers' company.
