How to disable your users in Azure

In this guide we'll go through the steps to disable/re-enable Azure user logins through Defense.com.

How to disable your user's Azure login

  1. Log in to your Defense.com account, and select People from the navigation on the left-hand side.

  2. From the list of people find the user you want to disable.

  3. Click the Disable Azure User Login Icon in the Actions column to the right of the user.

  4. On the prompt, click OK to confirm you want to disable the Azure user login.

Now the user is disabled, in the Actions column you will see Azure user disabled.

And that's it! You've disabled your user's Azure login.🎉

How to re-enable your user's Azure login

  1. Click the Enable Azure User Login Icon in the Actions column to the right of the user.

  2. On the prompt, click OK to confirm you want to enable the Azure user login.

  3. You will see the Enable Azure User login icon has been replaced by the Disable Azure User login icon.

And that's it! You've enabled your user's Azure login.🎉
