How to resend invites to your customers

This guide takes you through how to resend email invites to customers you've added to Defense.com.

So, you've added a new customer to Defense.com, but they haven't signed up yet. Not to worry, the email invites may have landed in a junk folder or fallen through the cracks. Follow the steps below to resend the invite and get it back to the top of their inbox.

  1. Log in to your Defense.com account and click Customers in the navigation on the left-hand side.

  2. From the customer index page, locate the company you'd like to resend invites for. Note, you can only re-invite them if they're in an Invited state.

  3. Next, click Resend invite.

  4. A pop-up will appear for you to review the customer's details. If you're happy that these are correct, click Resend invite.

  5. The user will then recieve an email from [email protected] asking them to complete sign up for their account.
