So, you've added a new customer to Defense.com, but they haven't signed up yet. Don't worry, the email invites may have landed in your junk folder or fallen through the cracks. You can follow the steps below to resend the invite and get it back to the top of their inbox.
Invites can only be resent if the company is in an Invited state.
Log in to your Defense.com account and click Customers in the navigation on the left-hand side.
From the customer index page, locate the company you'd like to resend invites for.
Next, click Resend invite.
A pop-up will appear for you to review the customer's details. If you're happy that these are correct, click Resend invite.
The user will then receive an email from [email protected] asking them to complete sign up for their account.
