How to integrate HubSpot

In this guide, we'll run through how to integrate HubSpot with the Defense.com SIEM platform.

This integration is available on our Advanced and Enterprise packages.

Before you get started

You must be a Super Admin in HubSpot to create a Private App and generate an access token.

Create a HubSpot Private App

  1. In HubSpot, go to Settings → Integrations → Private Apps.

  2. Select Create a private app.

  3. Add the basic information (name, description).

  4. Open the Scopes tab and select the account-info.security.read permission.

  5. Click Create, then copy your new access token. It will not be shown again.

Completing the integration

Once the above steps are complete, please create a ticket with our Technical Support team and provide the access token.

And that's it! You've successfully integrated HubSpot🎉
