How to edit a user

This guide explains how as a Company Admin you can edit an existing user in Defense.com.

1. From the Defense.com Dashboard click All users.

2. Click the edit (pencil) icon on the right-hand side.

3. Here you can update the following user information:

User level

Defense.com allows you to set one of the following three User levels:

  • User - This role has the lowest privileges and access to non-technical portal features (e.g. training).

  • Company admin - This role has escalated privileges (e.g. company and user management) and can view all enabled portal features.

  • Tech user - This role can access all enabled portal features but can't manage company details or users.

4. Click Update User.

That's it! 🎉 You've now updated the user's details.
