  1. From the Defense.com login page click the Forgot your password? link.

  2. Enter the email address you use to log in to your Defense.com account and click the Send me reset password instructions button.

  3. If your email address exists in our database you'll receive a password recovery email.

Note: If you don't receive the email, it may be in your junk or spam folder.

  4. In the email click the Change my password button.

  5. Enter a new password and confirm, then click the Change my password button.

Congratulations! Your password has been changed and you can now access your Defense.com account using your new password. A follow-up email will be received confirming your password has been changed.

Note: If you've had 10 failed attempts at logging in to your account you will be locked out. To regain access you'll need to click on Didn't receive unlock instructions? at my.defense.com and enter your email address, you'll then receive an email explaining how to unlock your account.
