Before you can start an exam you must first watch the associated video in full. For an overview on how to use the videos, check out our support article How to use the Defense.com training videos.
Once you've watched a video you can move on to the exam. Click on Training, then Exams in the left-hand menu.
This will display all the exams which relate to all the watched videos. Click the Take exam button to start an exam.
You will be prompted to confirm you want to take the exam, once you have started an exam, leaving an exam will result in a fail.
The exam will be 10 randomly selected multiple choice questions on the subject.
You can keep track of your progress by clicking Exam Report in the left-hand menu.
This will display information on the progress of the exams. You can also start an exam from this page by clicking on a mortarboard icon.
If you pass an exam, you can click on Passed to see your exam results.
You'll be able to see all of the questions you were asked and if the answers given are correct.
Retaking an exam
If you fail an exam you can click on Failed to see where you went wrong and retake the exam by clicking the Retake exam button.
If you retake an exam, the latest result will be used. This means if you fail an exam you had already passed, it will be shown as a fail.
