It's now easier than ever to stay on top of your employee's security training progress and assess your company's strengths and weaknesses. In this article, we'll guide you through the process of downloading a training CSV report in just a few simple steps:
Login to your Defense.com account and click the Education icon on the navigation menu.
Once the Education menu has opened, click Training.
From the training topics screen, click Reports on the top right.
On the training report screen, click Download Report in the top right.
You will see the message "CSV generation has started. You will receive an email notification with the results."
Check your email and view your new CSV training report
