From your Defense.com Dashboard click All users.
To delete a user, click the bin icon in the Actions column.
Confirm the deletion by clicking OK on the pop-up.
If successfully deleted you'll see the following in the bottom right of the page.
That's it! π You've successfully deleted the user.
If the bin icon is greyed out, it might indicate that the user serves as a point of contact for a penetration test or Cyber Essentials assessment. Please submit a support ticket, and within the ticket, specify a user whom we can designate as the point of contact to replace the user you intend to delete.
