Removing user accounts from your Defense.com account as people leave your business should form part of your joiners and leavers process. If you're responsible for this in your business, this guide will take you through how to complete the process in just a couple of clicks.
To manage users, you must have Company Admin access to your Defense.com account.
From your Defense.com Dashboard select People from the left-hand navigation
Locate the user you wish to remove and select the Delete icon from under the Actions column
Confirm the deletion by clicking Ok on the confirmation modal
If the Delete icon is disabled, this indicates the user needs to be disassociated from data in your account before they can be removed. This is typically things such as Penetration Testing reports. If you're struggling to locate what they need to be disassociated from, please get in touch.
