Preparing for installation

Before installing Endpoint protection, we recommend that you uninstall any existing anti-malware or Internet security software from your device, as this may interfere with the operation of Endpoint Protection.

Endpoint Protection can automatically detect and remove most popular anti-malware tools; however, this isn't always possible due to anti-tamper mechanisms included in some products.

The installation requires administrative privileges and Internet access. If the target computer is part of an Active Directory domain, you should use domain administrator credentials for remote installation. Otherwise, ensure you have the credentials for all computers you wish to install Endpoint Protection.

Running the installer

  1. Once your company admin has set up an Endpoint Protection package, use the download link to download the installer.

  2. Open your Downloads folder and double-click on the downloaded file.

  3. The installer will now start downloading Endpoint Protection.

  4. Once that's finished, you'll be prompted for admin confirmation to proceed with the installation. Click Yes when this prompt appears.

  5. The installer will run some checks and complete the installation, which may take a few minutes.

  6. Once installed, you can access Endpoint Protection via your Start Menu, or by right-clicking on the Tray Icon.

And that's it! You've successfully installed Endpoint Protection on your Windows device. πŸŽ‰
