How to resend user sign-up emails

This guide explains how a company admin can resend invites to users in defense.com

1. When logged into Defense.com as a Company Admin, navigate to the Dashboard and click All users.


2. On this page, you will see a list of all the users associated with your company. Scroll through the list or use the search bar to find the specific user you want to resend the invite to. Once you have located the user, click on their name to access their profile.


3. Within the user's profile you will find various options, click the Resend Invite button located in the top right-hand corner of the screen.


4. By clicking the Resend Invite button, Defense.com will automatically resend the welcome email to the user. The email will be sent from [email protected] and will contain a link for the user to complete their sign-up process, including setting a password and configuring two-factor authentication (2FA).

Note: The Resend Invite button will not show if the user has completed the sign up process in full.
